Sofia Classic Flexible Sole Salsa Dance Shoes – Ballroom & Latin Satin Heels

I have medium to slightly wide feet, size 8. I took my normal size in these and they fit great. I can also fit the 7.5 but it's almost to the edge of my toes right coming off so I went with 8. My favorite part of the shoe is that the strappy across the toes part is wide and not giving blisters. Also, that in this style it's good to wear it with the strap across the top but I could also do strap AROUND the ankle like an anklet if I wanted (as shown in some of the model photos here). I prefer across the top part of the foot though. It feels more secure.
The heels do not feel too high, I can do a 1 hour lesson or practice in them no problem, I even have done 2 45-min dance classes back to back in these shoes.

I recently got these shoes as a level up from my 2.5” and they are so amazing! They keep my foot extremely secure but are so comfortable and stable. Wore them for 2hrs the first time and zero blisters or pain! Highly recommend!
