**EXCHANGE**

To ensure your satisfaction with our products, we offer FREE exchanges within 30 days under the following conditions:


- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- For your convenience, we provide one complimentary exchange shipping labels per order. However, for any additional exchanges after the first one, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

**REFUNDS**

If you're dissatisfied with your item and wish to return it, we can issue store credit or process a refund. 


**Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund**

- Products marked as "Final Sale."

- Products with over a 30% discount. 

- Any product that has been customized to your specific requirements, such as personalized items or dance costumes, cannot be returned.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
