EXCHANGE

To make sure you are satisfied with our products, we offer FREE exchange within 30 days with the following terms:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We offer one complimentary exchange per order.
  • For additional exchanges after the first exchange, shipping is not covered.

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your item and want to return it, we can also issue store credit for you, or issue a refund.

Items Not Eligible

  • Products marked "Final Sale";
  • Products with over 30% discount;
  • Customized items, including dance costumes, personalized items with logo prints;
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

Shipping Costs:

International orders: Shipping Fees will be shouldered by you.

Local (US Customers):

We offer free shipping over $100 purchase locally. 

The first exchange return shipping and shipping fee of a new order is free, successive returns for the same order will be charged a shipping fee.


Please note that for any customized shoesshoes that are made to your order and not provided as a regular option on our website, we do not accept returns and exchanges. Those items are final sale. Make sure you know your exact size in that particular style you're ordering.

NOTE: Be sure to check the item you are sending so that no other items will be included. When we receive your package, we only take the shoes/items you are returning. All other items are put into garbage or recyclable waste. We are not responsible for any lost or incorrectly packaged, non MYZIJI products sent to our warehouse. 

The request will be cancelled if we do not receive your shoes in 30 days after filing. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
